Counselling is a professional and supportive relationship designed to help individuals navigate challenges, understand their emotions, and find effective ways to cope with life's difficulties. It provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
 

I will work collaboratively with you to address a variety of concerns that have not been previously mentioned, such as LGBTQ+, bullying, self-harm, relationship issues, or major life changes. If your concern has not been mentioned, please get in touch to see how I can help.
